Run Your World will equip you to successfully achieve your running goal (whether it’s a 5k, 10k, ½ Marathon or Full Marathon) in three months.
Not Just Running
- Weekly Running Schedules for all levels, from beginner through 5K, 10K, half and full Marathons
- These will support you to build stamina, and endurance and remain injury free
- Expert nutritional advice that will enable strength and stamina for the runs and advice on refuelling afterwards
- Healthy, economical and easy to make recipes will be included
- Additional advice on weight loss will be provided if required
- Tips and tools to build a strong mental attitude to complement the physical aspects of running
- These will develop resilience building, increased motivation, and positive habits and behaviours
Alternative workouts will also be provided and all aspects of the programme will be underpinned by a mindfulness approach, which we will explore and apply to the activity of running.
